It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Elaine Mann (Morning View, Kentucky), born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on November 5, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Mann; and her son Harold Mann. She is survived by: her son Chris Mann (Tammy); and her granddaughter Taylor Mann. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
