He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion Franklin Collins and Wilma Elaine Spaulding Collins of Morning View; his siblings, Michael F. Townsend of Morning View; and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Chris Collins, Tessa Townsend James, Anna Townsend Kratzsch, Rebbecca Gallagher Jones and Ethan Matthew Gallagher.
