Bellar (Michael Minton) of Bowling Green; and his stepchildren, Angela Sublet of Morgantown, Randy Williams of Morgantown, Valarie Lamb (Leonard) of Centertown, Rachel Williams (Alan) of Centertown, Melissa Allen (Travis) of Morgantown and Twanya Williams (Billy Wallace) of Rockport. He was also cherished by 13 step grandchildren.
