He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd T. Clark and Marie Cohron Clark; and his grandparents, Hershel L., Anna Lou Cohron, Fletcher and Lona Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Henderson Clark of Morgantown; his son Jason Clark (Keri) of Morgantown; and his grandsons, Jacob of Morgantown, James of Morgantown and John Clark of Morgantown. He is also survived by several other cousins, nieces and nephews.
