He is survived by: his wife Carole Flener of Morgantown, KY; and his children, Shannon Cantu (Adan) of Morgantown, KY, Steve Flener (Karen) of Cadiz, KY, Tony Flener (Shelia) of Morgantown, KY and Robert Bell (Ilona) of Clarksville, TN. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
