He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Dylan Meredith; his grandmothers, Midge Shepherd and Pearl Mitchell; and his cousin Nick Shepherd. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Embry Lee of Morgantown; his stepfather Donnie Lee of Morgantown; his siblings, Kim Wilson (Junior Jones) of Morgantown and Phil Armstrong (Angie) of Beaver Dam; his aunts, Kathy Brown (John) of Morgantown, Tina Hudson (Robert) of Roundhill and Roxanne Webster (J. D.) of Bowling Green; his nieces, Megan Embry of Morgantown, Heather Wilson of Lexington, Telsa Hill and Kayla Hill of Owensboro; and his nephew Dylan Armstrong of Beaver Dam. He is also survived by 3 great nieces and 3 great nephews.
