It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel May of Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry May and Jessie Johnson May; his sons, Philip Charles May and Keith May; his siblings, Hershel May, James May, Murl May, George May, Fred Puckett, Jerry May, Arlie Sherman May and Janice Parker; and his niece Angela May Brumley.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Thompson May; his daughter Rita May Treida (Steve) of Battle Ground, Indiana; his grandsons, Jason Treida and Dustin Treida (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Noah Treida, Kinsey Treida and Brylon Kelly; and his siblings, Vernon May of Morehead, Lansford May of Morehead, John May of Morehead, Tony Puckett of Union City, Indiana, Eulalia Blevins of Morehead and Alice Raikes of Morehead. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
