It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samantha Jewell Lea Goodpaster of Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on April 18, 2022, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her nephew Charlie Meade. She is survived by: her parents, Sammy Goodpaster and Gail Jean Johnson Goodpaster of Morehead; her daughters, Sophia Nadine Goodpaster of Haldeman and Madelyn Mae Gray of Haldeman; and her siblings, Ella Spence (Tyler) of Wellington, Cynthia Jane Hart of Soldier, Julie Beamon of Morehead and Charles Goodpaster of Morehead. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and uncles; and other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that all contributions be made payable to Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals to assist with funeral expenses.
