She was predeceased by: her parents, Burnest Estep and Vada Plank Estep; her brothers, Dexter Monroe Estep and Jeffrey Lee Estep; her nieces and nephews, Rebecca Gail Estep, Jessica Sturgill, Jason Clark, Steven Pernell and Devin Estep; her great-nephew Colby Allen Moore; her mother-in-law Nancy Conley Conn; and also Piper Grace Raikes.
She is survived by: her husband Wilson Conley; her sons, Tyler Austin Conley of Lexington and Dustin Matthew Conley of Mt. Carmel; and her siblings, Jerry Estep of Morehead, Burnest Allen Estep of Morehead, Scottie Estep of Morehead, Arnetta Tackett of Morehead, Lois Maher of Morehead, Vickie Walling of Morehead, Pamela Clark of Morehead, Nancy Dillon of Morehead, Hester Oakley of Morehead, Fern Smith of Morehead, Melissa Ritchie of Morehead and Donna Pernell of Springfield, Ohio. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that contributions in memory of Samantha be made payable to Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals to assist with funeral expenses.
