He is survived by: his father Roger Lee Holbrook, Sr.; his stepmother Gail Holbrook of Owingsville; his sister-in-law Lori "Christy" Pernell Holbrook; his nephews, Travis Ray Holbrook and Christopher Dale Pernell; his niece Katlyn Denise Holbrook; and his uncle Raymond Waddell of Morehead. He is also survived by several cousins; and other extended family and friends.
