He is survived by: his wife Susan Christine Plank Wagoner; his children, Laura Hooker (Ronnie) of Salem, Robin Wagoner of Morehead, Brenda Roberson (Tony) of Morehead, Dallas Wagoner of Morehead and Kim Wilcox (Greg) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Brianna Tufts, Autumn McIntosh, Owen Roberson, Sierra Hooker and Dalton Roe; and his siblings, Sylvia Plank of Morehead, Raymond Wagoner of Indiana, Curt Wagoner (Judy) of West Liberty and Ronnie Wagoner of Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
