He is survived by: his wife Ronnia Clevenger Blevins; his stepsons, Scott Porter and Kenny Cornett (Lorie); his granddaughter McKenzie Porter of Morehead; and his siblings, Robert Blevins (Virginia) of Olive Hill, Ronnie Blevins (Wilma) of Morehead and Connie Barker (Jack) of Morehead. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
