He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Caudill and Nancy J. Eldridge Caudill; his siblings, Clarice Caudill, Eulas Caudill and Benton Caudill (Ellis Caudill); his wife Flossie Jean Zeek Caudill; and his son Larry Quenton Caudill.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy Caudill (Jay) of Hillsboro, Bonnie Darbro Gibson (Jerry) of Morehead and Angela Maggio (Vincent) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Kimberley Kelsey, Kevin Caudill, Joshua Caudill, Kyle Darbro and Logan Higginbotham; his great grandchildren, Corey Kelsey, Quenna Kelsey, Brooklynn Caudill, Quenton Caudill, Cooper Darbro and Jameson Caudill; his great great grandchildren, Colton Kelsey and Sawyer Kelsey; and his brother Carl D. Caudill of Mechanicsville, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
