He is survived by: his wife Glenna McClain Lewis; his children, Mara Stamper (Jerry Michael) of Morehead, Michael Lewis of Hillsboro and Tonya Lewis of Frankfort; his grandsons, Conner Stamper and Landon Stamper; his siblings, Dennis Lewis of Clearfield, Barb Kegley of Morehead, Shirley Shay of Clearfield, Judy Cassara (Chuck) and Sheila Lewis of Clearfield; his niece Pam Warren of Morehead; and his close friend Fhonda Hitch.
