She was predeceased by: her parents, José Maria Duenas and Dora Marrett Duenas; and her brothers, Jose, Alfredo, Flavio and Francisco Duenas.
She is survived by: her sisters, Rosie Duenas Martin, Ruth Violeta Cardenas and Carmen Alicia Olivera; and her nieces and nephews, Dora Cardenas Ahmadi, Yaneth Cardenas Carmona, Edison Cardenas, Ruby Cardenas, Martha Cardenas Elm (Martica), Jose Cardenas and Alfredo Cardenas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews as well as great-great nieces and nephews.
