He is survived by: his wife Billie Jo Ball Green; his children, Elliott Green of Greensburg, Jason Branham of Morehead, Kentucky., Heidi Nicholson of Greensburg and Jessica Charles of Salt Lick, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Jesse Hunter, Shelby Hunter, Leo Nicholson, Luke Martin, Liam Martin, Aubreigh Branham, Derek Branham and Blake Branham. He is also survived by Several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
