Carr of Salt Lick; her stepchildren, Jim Kuszmaul of Illinois and Katherine Carr Gothard of Detroit, Michigan; her grandchildren, Heather, Nicholas, Garrett, Dylan, Cooper, Harley, Brianah, Trever, Chad, Shelly, Dustin, Penny, Bethany, Kristina, Cassondra and Mykayla; her great grandchildren, Hunter J., Hayes of Hunter Raymond, CJ, Neveah, Henry, Benjamin, Maverick, Jon, Nicholas, Marie, Taylor, Tori, Timber, Hunter R., Carressa and Rylah; her daughter-in-law Marsha Carr of Morehead; and her niece Laura Creager of Indiana.
