She was predeceased by: her parents, Goebel Manning and Ivora Vest Manning; her husband Bill Mullen; her granddaughter Laura Nicole Adkins; and her stepchildren, Debi Star Johnson, Mike Mullen and Scotty Mullen.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Wallace (James) of Clearfield; her granddaughter Amie Caldwell (Cole) of Morehead; her great grandchildren, Cainan and Collyn Caldwell; her stepsons, Bo Mullen (Susan) of Winchester and Tommy Mullen of Irvine; and her siblings, Lowell Manning (Jody) of Morehead, Sylvia McGaughey of Frankfort, Bobbie Ferguson (Gary) of Morehead and Kay Manning of Morehead. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
