She was predeceased by: her husband Lonnie Skaggs; her parents, Charlie Blankenbeckler and Lovel Lemaster Blankenbeckler; and her sister Jewel. She is survived by: her children, Bonita Skaggs-Parsons, Rickey Skaggs, Patty (Jim Skaggs) and Tammy (Thomas Boggs); her grandchildren, Misty Skaggs, Eric Parsons, Jaclyn Denkins (Josh), Megan Abner (Mike), Morgan Boatwright (Steven), Aaron Boggs and Garrett Simmons (Rinda); and her great grandchildren, Abby, Sam, Ollie and Lucas.
