He was predeceased by: his parents, William Whatt Horsley and Maxine Jane Quiggle Horsley; and his brother Terry Horsley. He is survived by: his siblings, Randall Joe Horsley of Middlesboro, Warren Horsley (Beverly) of Newark, Illinois, Ada Ingle (Carl) of Morehead and Juanita Wagoner of Morehead. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
