He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Glenmore Parker and Janice Diane May Parker; and his brothers, Fred Puckett, Joseph Parker, Sr. and Jeff.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua Eric Parker (Robyn Osborne) of Morehead and Sarah Mae Parker Gray (Brandon) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Alex and Hayden Gray; the mother of his children Brenda Skaggs Parker of Clearfield; and his siblings, Harvey Puckett (Shirley) of Greenwich, Hershel David Puckett of Union City, Linton Parker of Morehead, Glen Tee Parker, Sr. of Morehead, Clifton Parker of Morehead, Deborah Kay Fannin (John) of Morehead and Linda Sue Hamm (Rob) of Morehead. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
