She is survived by: her children, Jackie of West Liberty, KY, Gail Perry of West Liberty, KY, Allen Perry of West Liberty, KY and Renee Perry of Morehead, KY.; her grandchildren, Kelly Perry, Chris Perry and Sara Wilson; her great grandchildren, Logan Wilson, Leah Wilson and Sloane Wilson; and her sons, Eddie Michael Perry and Dudley Joe Perry.
