She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Benningfield and Nannie Benningfield; and her siblings, Roy Benningfield, Troy Benningfield, Jr., Marion Benningfield, Bill Benningfield, Ralph Benningfield, Maude Arthur, Lizzie Willoughby, Imogene Meadows (Sylvia Fouch) and Willie Compton.

She is survived by: her children, Chad Compton of Winchester, Angie Fuller (Darrell) of Morehead and Jean Cantrell (Troy) of Jeffersonville; and her great grandchild Lonnie Adams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
