He is survived by: his wife Opal Moore Lewis; his son Brad Lewis (Mary Jo) of Homer City, Pennsylvania.; his grandchildren, Matthew Lewis and Harley Fanguy (Barry); and his siblings, Betty Stevens of Morehead, Sue Hagen of Elgin, Illinois., Denver Lewis, Clayton Lewis of Morehead and Harold Lewis of Clearwater, Florida..
