He is survived by: his sisters, Melissa Kilgore of West Liberty and Carma Cumins of West Liberty; his stepdaughter Pyna Stidham of Paintsville; his daughters, Tammy Criswell of Morehead, Regina Kitchen (Johnny) of Flat Gap and Melissa (Roger); his friends, Stanton, Robyn McKinney (Tim) of Flemingsburg and Marsha Taylor (Jeff) of Morehead; and his grandchildren, Brandon Williams, Michael, Shawn Kitchen, Jessica Hunt, Dallas, TJ McKinney, Josh Warren, Angel Profitt and Sarah Vaske. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
