He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynden Jackson and Thelma Stidom Jackson; and his brothers, Paul Jackson and Sam Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Karan Cartledge Jackson; his children, Marc D. Jackson (Wanda L. Chapman) of Wallingford, Kentucky and Melinda Moore (Philip) of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Amanda Ball, Gabrielle Rice, Alexandra Jackson and Logan Rice; and his siblings, Bob Jackson of Wallingford, Kentucky, Carol Harris (Richard) of Sidney, Ann Page (Ken) of Dayton and Connie Fisk of Dayton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
