He was predeceased by: his son Eddie Ray Thomas, Jr.; and his grandparents, Willie Frank and Parthena Tussy Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Patty J. Hall Thomas; his daughter Jackie Thomas Brewer (Dwayne) of Lexington; his sisters, Kathy Thomas Knipp of Morehead and Myra Kay Thomas Day of Lexington; his granddaughter Carly Thomas Buchanan (Leon); and his great grandchild Raegan. He is also survived by three nephews, cousins, extended family and many friends.
