He was predeceased by: his father Donald Skaggs. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Howard Caldwell of Mansfield, Ohio.; his children, Dawna Skaggs, Nikki Skaggs and Conner Skaggs of Morehead; his close friend Angelia Elaine Sloan of Morehead; his siblings, John Bo Skaggs of Mansfield, Ohio., James Henry Skaggs of Mansfield, Ohio. and Judy Howard of Morehead; and his grandchildren, Landon Howard and Kyleigh Howard.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
