She was predeceased by: her parents, Hibbard Cochran and Dixie Justice Cochran; her husband Bill Lee Brown; her children, Bill Timothy Brown (Cheryl) of Morehead and Margie Blackburn; and her siblings, Clarence Cochran, Howard Cochran, Charles Cochran, Ralph Cochran, Harold Cochran, Lee Harvey Cochran, Ollie James Cochran, Eunice Miller, Gladys Branham, Bertha Staton and Reda Nowlin.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Brown (Kelly) of Clearfield, Peggy Conklin of Betsy Layne, Tammy Clark (Danny) of West Liberty, Sherry Lyons (Danny) of Hillsboro and Angela Brown of Morehead; her grandchildren, Michelle Drew, Matthew Clark, Jessica Blackburn, Jacob Brown, Andrea Blackburn, Danielle True, Melissa Conklin, Daniel Lyons, Timothy Dalton Brown, Haley Brown, Amanda Lyons and Leyah Dixie Brown; and her great grandchildren, Lauren Drew, Ryan Drew, Olivia Brown, Sophia Lyons and Realynn Blackburn.
