She is survived by: her father Gilbert Russell; her children, Kim Weaver (David) of Morehead and Glennis Mitchell Hamm of Newton; her stepdaughter Ruby Spencer (Mike) of Portsmouth; and her siblings, Sandra Florence (Mike) of Ewing, Linda McCoy of Vanceburg and Jack McCoy (Betsy) of Petersville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
