He is survived by: his children, Richard Sargent (Briana) of Charlotte and Patricia Charlton (Douglas) of Springboro, Ohio; his grandchildren, Austen Sargent, Kirsten Charlton and Darren Charlton; and his siblings, Glen Sargent of Morehead, Kentucky and Francis Mullins of Morgan County, Kentucky. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
