He is survived by: his children, Calvin Louis Mynhier, Jr., Daniel Alexander Mynhier, John Milton Mynhier, Anna Faye Barnette of Morehead, Martha Ann Mynhier of Morehead and Mary Elizabeth Mynhier of Morehead; and his sister Julie Sexton.
