She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Meadows and Jewell Cooper Meadows; and her son Shawn Fraley. She is survived by: her husband Dinzell Fraley; her daughter Tammy Plank (Bobby Routt) of Morehead; her daughter-in-law Kelly Routt of Morehead; and her brother Mike Meadows of Barboursville. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several other relatives and friends.
