She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Brigner and Phyllis Collins Brigner; and her sister Lisa Tarlton. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Combs; her children, Wesley Brigner (Megan) of Morehead, Nicole Fannin (J. D.) of Sandy Hook and Melina Gagné; and her brother Bryan Brigner of Sandy Hook. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
