She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Omar Kelsay and Dorothy Ferrell Kelsay; her brother Jess; her husband Ralph Hurt Dalton; her daughter Kathryn "Cathie" Dalton Turpin; her son-in-law Chuck; and her grandson Kyle.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Dalton Davis; her son-in-law Ralph Davis; her grandchildren, Shannon Davis McCracken (Tony), Kellie Davis Carter (Shannon), Brandon Turpin (Elizabeth) and R. G. Davis (Kristin); her great grandchild Davis McCracken; her grandchildren, Caroline McCracken Hamm (Gage), Dalton Carter, Emma Carter, Kylin Turpin and Charlotte Davis; and her nieces and nephews, Early Ray Kelsay, Sheri Dalton Allen, John Thomas Dalton and Mary Dalton Guinn.
As the Covid-19 pandemic impacted us all, those changes to daily living activities for Roxie, along with dementia were difficult challenges that she and her family faced with courage and grace.
