He is survived by: his wife Karen Parmley; his children, Richard Parmley (Vanessa), Jamie Parmley (Christy) and Cindy Phelps (David); his grandchildren, Justin Southwood, Jaylee Southwood, Kaitlyn Foster (Tylor), Quentyn Parmley, Madison West (Dustin), Savannah Parmley, Dalten Parmley and Wyatt Parmley; his great grandchildren, Kenzleigh Mansfield and Rowen Foster; and his siblings, Nickie Parmley, Barry Rook Parmley (Diane) and Dale Parmley.
