He was predeceased by: his father Mason Foxworthy; and his son Jarrod Ty Foxworthy. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Banta Foxworthy; his daughter Falon Foxworthy (Chris) of Newport, NC; his sister Teri Clos of Falmouth, KY; his nephew Landon Clos; and his niece Monica Petrey. He is also survived by many extended family members including aunts, cousins, brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
