She was predeceased by: her son Larry Burkhart; her fiancé Robert Massman; her stepdaughter Samantha Sams; and her brother Earl Temple, Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Earl Temple and Sharon Proffitt Temple; her children, Gary Lee Burkhart, Jr. and Jessica Marie Crank; and her brother Ronnie Temple (Brandi). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild; four nieces and two nephews.
