He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt "Gooster" Poe and Wanda "Jane" Case Poe of May's Lick, KY; and his brother Dr. John W. Poe of Midway, KY. He is survived by: his wife Diane Lynn Roberson Poe of Maysville, KY; his children, Sarah Marie Poe (Yasser Al Ghraoui), Vienna, Austria and Jonathon Michael Poe (Katie); his sister Kathryn Egan (Peter) of Maysville, KY.; his grandchildren, Emmitt and Canaan Poe; and his nephews, Tyler Allen, Brian Banet, Eric Fegan, Daren Colegrove, Nathan Roberson, Justin Rodriguez, John Paul Sienkiewicz, Michael Murry and Kolton Williams.
