She was predeceased by: her father Michael O'Connor; her husband Arvid Lewis Howell; her son Arvid "Cliff" Howell, Jr.; her grandsons, Brent Howell and Patrick Hinson; and her sister Brenda Kay O'Connor.
She is survived by: her children, Connie England of Maysville, Cheryl Lang of Maysville and Dale Howell of Maysville; and her siblings, Mary Ann Conley, Michael O'Connor (Betty) and Larry Howard (Vicki). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
