She is survived by: her stepchildren, Donnie Smart (Kristie) of Cynthiana, Kathy Petitt of Carlisle, Donnita Berry of Carlisle and Tracey Jones (John) of Carlisle; her sister Regina Vastine of Florida; her nephew Derrick Vastine; her grandchildren, Joshua Wade, Justin Petitt, Ashli Craddock, Kyleigh Brooks, Erin Smart, Kayla Berry and Jamie Berry (Sam Durham); her great grandchildren, Tylen and Abel Rawlings; her caregiver Jimmy Berry; her sister Vickie Vastine; and her aunts, Margie Jones and Shirley Rider.
