He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Howard and Joetta Cleaver Howard; his wife Brenda Pennington Howard; his son Christopher Paul Howard; and his brother Dennis Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Harney (Michael) of Aberdeen, Cynthia Mullins (Bryon) of Omaha, Nebraska, Joshua Howard (Mary Jo) of Cocoa and Aaron Howard of Hamersville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kaycie Padrnos (Jordan), Zacharie Harney (Breanna), Alexandria Burchart (Joseph), Ryan Harney, Addison Howard, Landon and Josie Barton; his great grandchildren, Titus, Bristol and Isabella; and his siblings, Darrell Howard of Berea, Kentucky, Lynda Muntz of Maysville, Paula Hester (Mitch) of Maysville and Becky Adams (Gary) of Maysville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
