He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sammons and Pauline Ryan Sammons; and his brother Harry. He is survived by: his wife Carole Glass Sammons; his daughter Jennifer Sammons Carpenter; his stepdaughter Alicia Hope Stuart; his children, Megan Gabriella Darby and Daniel Sammons (Megan Tolle); and his sister-in-law Jane Sammons. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Patrick Church or School.
