Delbert Wayne Dugan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2022, at the age of 85, Delbert Wayne Dugan of Maysville, Kentucky, born in Mason, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Dugan and Sadie Long Dugan; his siblings, James Dugan, Charles Dugan, Estill "Bussie" Dugan, Ernest Dugan, Lola Jane Rigg and Cecil Caskey; his close friend Faye Bloomfield; and the mother of his child Elizabeth Dugan.
He is survived by: his son Wayne Dugan of Ewing; and his sisters, Margaret Leet of Flemingsburg and Mary Alice Grayson of Maysville. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
