He is survived by: his mother Judy Kaye Dwelly Curtis; his aunts and uncles, Jackie Dwelly (Vicky) of Lewisburg, Janice Hunt of Maysville, Evelyn Bailey of Ripley and Eileen Curtis of Evansville, Indiana; and his godson Joshua Delisle. He is also survived by his brother's namesake); and numerous nieces and nephews.
