He is survived by: his parents, John Jett (Julie) of Willersburg, OH and Sandy Cornelius (Brian) of Maysville, KY.; his wife Sonia Jett; his sons, Dylan Moore, Christopher Jett, Zachary Jett, Mason Phillips and Emmitt Phillips; and his brother Josh Jett.
