She is survived by: her husband Patrick Green of Maysville; her children, Jonathon Phillip Boone of Maysville and Christine Vaughn (Roy, Jr.) of Maysville; and her siblings, Mary Fischer (David) of Owingsville, Brenda Crosser (Jack) of Elgin, Roy Tackett (Paige) of Fairfield, Ida Mae Minor (William) of Ewing, David Tackett (Shalinda) of Gonzales and Bobby Tackett of Lima, Ohio. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and her very dear friends.
