He is survived by: his son Bryan Green (Nicole) of Mayfield, KY; his parents, Willard Green Sr. and Martha Belle Caldwell Green; his brothers, Robert Green (Nancy) of Mayfield, KY, David Green (Stacey) of Colorado Springs, CO and Chris Green (LeAnne) of Mayfield, KY; his grandchildren, Landen and Abbigaile Green; and his daughters, Heather Jelanek (Ricky) of Union City, TN and Ashley Willingham of Hickman, KY. He is also survived by 3 nieces; 4 nephews; several great nieces and nephews.
