He is survived by: his wife Ladonna Jones Ramage; his children, Rick Ramage (Margaret) of York, PA, David Ramage (Melody) of Parrish, FL and Kathy Ramage Haygood (Keith) of Mayfield, KY; his sisters, Phyllis Dublin of Hickory, KY and Jane Lowe (Bill) of Hickory, KY; and his sister-in-law Linda Ramage of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
