He is survived by: his wife Dianna Price Smith; his sons, Joe Smith (Megan) of Mayfield and Trevor Smith (Kayla) of Mayfield; and his siblings, Dortha Poyner of Mayfield, Charlene Ballard of Wingo, Pat Pierce of Dresden, TN. and Ronnie Smith of Fancy Farm. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
